Part-1 , General conditions

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. The Pricing Information relating to the Product shall be as displayed on the Website and as disclosed to You at the time of Your purchase/order. We do not guarantee that the price will be the lowest for similar products within any given locality, city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to You.

While Amit Creations  strives to provide accurate information relating to Products and Services including pricing information or availability, But Occasionally there may be typographical, errors may occur. In the event that a Product or Service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information relate to promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability and other due to an error, Amit Creations will have the right to modify the price of the Product or Services and contact You for further instructions via e-mail address provided by You at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify You of such cancellation. If Amit Creations cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to Your account from which the payment was made.

Amit Creations reserves the right to change the discounts offered at any time during the sale and without prior notice.

Discount values on various coupons and offers have been rounded off to avoid conflicts due to decimal values in internal calculations. (For example: > A value of Rs. 49.87 will be rounded off to be Rs. 50.00)

Amit Creations reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

amitcreations.net provides an Internet based platform to sell their products and merchandise on the website. Such services allow users to buy product and service upon placing an order. You will place a single order for the product of your choice or purchase a subscription. Once an order placed, the Company will ship the product, and the user will be entitled to pay for it.

    Terms of Payment

1.  You agree to pay all charges at the amount in effect when such charges are incurred.

2. You must provide a valid credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or any other accepted

issuer) or other specified payment or financial mechanism (collectively, “Payment Facility”) as a condition to making any payments.

3. Your Payment Facility agreement governs your use of the designated credit or debit card or other mechanism, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Terms of Service to determine your rights and liabilities.

4. You hereby consent to provide and authorise us and our service providers (including any Payment Facilities) to share any information and payment instructions you provide to the extent required to complete the payment transactions in accordance with these Terms of Service, including personal, financial, credit card payment, and transaction information.

5. By providing your payment and financial information, you agree that we and our service providers, and any of their third party payment processors are authorised to immediately charge your account for all applicable fees and charges and that no additional notice or consent is required. 

6.  We reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods.

7. All information that you provide must be accurate, current and complete.

8.   You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment card(s), payment means or other financial information that you provide.

9.  In case of fraudulent matters, the Company holds the right to share the details with the concerned body for verification.

10.  If any fraud transactions are carried out by you on the Website, we reserve the right to recover all the losses and expenses incurred like lawyer fees, collection charges, etc from the concerned party. The Company also holds the right to take any action available under applicable law against such person.

11. The Website allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep by choosing the COD payment option during checkout. You can make COD payments in Indian Rupees only.

12. Due to the limitation of the courier partners we use, COD is not yet available for all zip codes in India. During the checkout process, you can check if the COD facility is available for your delivery address.

Part-6 , Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

The website registration process enables a user to access the services. Certain user information is required to create an account at our website. It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain the confidentiality of the User Id and password received upon completion of the registration. Users are also responsible for any activity occurred under the account, thus make sure to exit at the end of each session to prevent unauthorised access of your account or breach of security. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage emerged if you fail to obey the terms.
