Return, Cancellation, Refund and Coupon Policy
A. Returns Policy
Your Experience is our Reward! We aspire to deliver the most excellent experience for you all. Every items are quality checked and sent to you with the highest care. But even with all the precautions, the order is delivered to you in damaged condition or with manufacturing defect, we will be accepting returns.
The Return Procedure
1. We offer all our customers an easy return policy. Returns can be initiated in case of wrong, or damaged product(s) received.
2. To return an item call us on +91- 9886830937 or drop us an email at support@amitcreations.net with the following details within 48 hours of the delivery of the product.
3. Provide us with your order ID and email an image of the products you wish to return. Unboxing / unpacking video is a must for concerns where items are missing in a package or order. Please note, if the seal of the product is tampered, no return, refund or replacement request will be entertained.
4. The clear photograph of the delivered order where the defect/damage is visible.
5. Your order Number and registered mobile number.
6. Once we receive the details, our team will analyse the details and will process the return and replaced/refunded. We will schedule a return pick up within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund only if the products received by us are in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
7. In case if the request is for a replacement, it is subject to the availability of the stock. In case a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount to you.
8. The customer support team might connect with you over the call or email for any questions if required.
9. Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.
B. Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation is only eligible if the request is placed with 12 hours of placing the order or the product has not been shipped by us on the date of the request. you will be entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
2. If we receive a cancellation request after the product/s has been shipped by us, cancellation request will not be accepted.
3. To start a cancellation, you can contact us at +91- 9886830937 or drop an email support@amitcreations.net .The final approval for accepting cancellation will be decided by our team.
4. We reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons like no availability of stock, pricing errors, factual errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided etc.
C. Refund Policy
In case of cancellations/ returns and replacements, we will initiate the refund only after the product(s) from the order have been received and verified at our warehouse.
1. For payment done through Credit/Debit cards or Net Banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the product(s) back. It may take additional 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
2. For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the products and your bank details on email. It will take additional 3-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
3. If you do not wish to avail the replacement, we will issue a coupon of the same value to the customer to be availed within a specified time period mentioned on that coupon. This can be used to pay your subsequent bills on the Website.
4. In any of the above case delivery charges are non-refundable.
5. Under no circumstances, will you be entitled to a cash refund.
D. Coupon Policy
1. You can redeem your coupons at the time of placing your order and the coupon amount shall be deducted from the total payment amount. You can proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.
2. Only one coupon code can be used on a single order.
3. Coupon offer cannot be clubbed with any other scheme.
4. The coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The coupons shall expire within a period of one month to twelve months. There are no refunds or extensions of expired coupons.
6. If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase.
7. Coupon discount provided may affect the actual output tax payable reflected above for the order.
8. We reserve the right to cancel/ change / modify / add/ delete any of the terms and conditions of the offer at any time without notice.
